If the administrator of the Veracity Launch Portal configured a piece of content as “public”, then anyone can view that content in the Portal. They don’t need to sign-in! 

The Portal tracks people who don’t sign-in and interact with Public Content as “anonymous” users.

To view and launch Public Content:

Anonymous users (and learners not signed-in) see a version of the Content page with no left menu, which shows only the Public Content. These users can browse, search, and launch these pieces of content the same ways a signed-in learner can, except they can only filter using the tag “chips” under the Search bar.

If you sign-in, then you can still see and launch the Public Content. It’s just mixed-in with all the other pieces of content.
