External Content and Certificates

Some courses or other training resources may link to external LMS or other system. After you complete the external content and receive a certificate completion in that external system, you may be required to also upload it into Launch as evidence.

If the content is configured to open an external link and allow you to upload a certificate, you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Once you click the external link "Click here to access the external content" you content should open in a new tab. Once you have completed the external content and saved your certificate of completion, you should return back to this screen and checkbox will be visible. Once you click the checkbox, you can click the "Choose File" button and upload the certificate. Then click "Submit for Credit" after the certificate is uploaded.
