Viewing Your Progress

Content Progress

Users can view their content progress, including their status, score and attempts. Users can also generate a certificate of completion for content that can be completed and/or includes a certificate. To view your content progress, click on "My Progress." The different types of progress are explained below. 

Status

All content users are enrolled in will display one of three possible states: 

1. Not Started - the content has been enrolled in, but not started or launched yet.
   
2. In Progress - the content has been started, but not completed yet.
   
3. Complete - the content has been completed. 

Attempts

The number of attempts the user has taken. Each time a user enrolls in content and then launches it, it counts as a new attempt.

Certificate of Completion

Users can view and print a certificate of completion for content includes one. A link to the open the certificate is only visible once the content has been completed. Users can simply click on the certificate link to open the certificate and then can save or print the certificate.
