In the Veracity Launch Portal, you can view a progress report for all pieces of content that you enrolled in. The report includes your enrollment state, completion status, number of attempts, and final score for each piece of content. You can also view and download a certificate for content that you successfully completed that includes a certificate.
To view your progress, click My Progress in the left menu.
The report may be many pages long, so use the controls at the bottom to navigate the report.
The different columns of the progress report include…
Enrollment
For pieces of content that the Portal administrator enrolled you in, the states in the Enrollment column include:
- Not Started — it’s before the scheduled date when you can launch this piece of content.
- Active — it’s in the period when you’re expected to complete this piece of content.
- Expired — it’s after the expected period to complete this piece of content.
If the enrollment period for a piece of content has Not Started or has Expired with no option to re-enroll, then you will see a dimmed Launch button on the card for that piece of content in the Content page.
If a piece of content is Active, then you will see a working Launch button on the card for that piece of content in the Content page.
If the enrollment period for a piece of content Expired but it still allows self-enrollment, then you will see an Enroll button on the card for that piece of content in the Content page.
Status
All pieces of content that you enrolled in have a completion Status:
- Not Started — You’re enrolled, but you haven’t launched this piece of content yet.
- In Progress — You launched this piece of content, but haven’t completed it yet.
- Complete — You completed this unscored piece of content.
- Passed — You completed this scored piece of content successfully.
- Failed — You completed this scored piece of content, but not successfully.

Attempts
The Attempts column in the report shows the number of times you enrolled and launched each piece of content. A zero means you haven’t launched that piece of content. The number of attempts is only ever greater than one if that piece of content allows re-enrollment.
If a piece of content allows multiple attempts by re-enrollment, then you will see a Restart button on the card for that piece of content in the Content page.
Score
If a piece of content collects a score after you complete it, then the score appears in the Score column in My Progress. The score usually represents a your overall performance for the whole piece of content as a percentage of the scaled maximum.
If a piece of content does not collect a score, or you haven’t completed it, or you never launched it; then the Score is blank.
Certificate
If you successfully completed a piece of content and it includes a certificate of completion, then you can view and download the certificate. In My Progress, click the Show Certificate link for a piece of content to open a new browser tab with a PDF copy of your certificate, which you can then save or print. Click the Download icon next to the link to immediately send a copy of the file to your Downloads directory.
