Viewing Completion Reports
Administrators can get reports of completions, progress, score and duration by content record or by learner. Reports can be exported as CSV files.
To view a completion status report for a specific course, follow the steps below.
From the main administration menu, choose "Manage Content"
From the actions column in table view, open the dropdown menu. This menu can also be accessed in the card view on the bottom of the card. Choose "Content Status Report"
The content status report will be displayed in a frame. You can export the report with the "Export Report" button.

The content status report will include one row for each enrollment. It is possible for one learner to have multiple enrollments in a piece of content. This this case, the learner will appear once in the report for each enrollment.

In some cases, managers will allow learners to make multiple attempts on content within one registration. In this case, the number of attempts will be noted in the "Attempts" column. The overall "Status" row will display the status from the most recent attempt (registration).
