Logging In to Your Portal

Veracity Launch is a portal for learning content. It allows learners to complete courses and access other types of learning content. In order to login, your administrator must create your account for you or you can sign up. Follow the instructions below to Sign In or Sign Up.

Sign In (Requires Accounts to be Created by the Administrator in Advance)

1. Go to your portal. It will be https://yourportal.golaunch.it. This URL should be provided by a manager or administrator from your organization or company. Click the "Login" button. 

2. The login screen should look similar to the one below. Enter your email address and password. If your email or password is rejected, try the troubleshooting steps below. 

Sign In Troubleshooting

1. If you cannot remember your password, click the link to reset your password. 

2. If you have trouble signing in after resetting your password, you may need to clear site data. Click the "Trouble Signing In" link to reset site data. 

Sign Up (Required Accounts to be Verified by the Administrator) 

1. Go to your portal. It will be https://yourportal.golaunch.it.  This URL should be provided by a manager or administrator from your organization or company. Click the "Create Account" button.

2. Click the Sign Up button and fill out the registration form. Enter your username, first name, last name, email, and password.  The login screen should look similar to the one below. 

3. Wait for your administrator to verify your account. You will receive a confirmation email from the system after the administrator has verified your account.
