If you're just starting out with xAPI and have a need for a free LRS, or if you’re a seasoned organization ready to move to a production environment, Veracity Learning has you covered with a variety of different options to choose from.
SaaS or On-Premises?
You begin to choose the plan you need, based on your hosting requirements. You (the customer) must decide whether:
- You want to host the LRS on Veracity’s cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, or
- You want to install and host the LRS on your own network and infrastructure (On-Premises)
Once you’ve decided how to host the LRS (SaaS or On-Premises), then choose from the following options:
SaaS Plans

Free
This plan is for getting started with xAPI or building your first prototype, hosted on our shared environment at LRS.io. Please see our

Starter
This plan is for small-scale projects with minimal xAPI data storage requirements, hosted on our shared environment at LRS.io. Please see our

Pro
This plan is for moderate-sized projects, hosted on a shared AWS infrastructure with other LRS customers, on our shared environment at LRS.io. Please see our

Expert
This plan is for production-ready projects, hosted on our dedicated infrastructure with no other LRS customers sharing resources. Please see our

Enterprise
This plan is for production-ready projects that require high availability with unlimited storage and API calls, hosted on our dedicated infrastructure with no other LRS customers sharing resources. Please see our

On-Premises Plans
LRS Lite (Free)
If you want to deploy a free LRS for a pilot project on your own local machine, network, or infrastructure, then check out our
free lite version. We offer it free, to use for any purpose, including commercial applications. It has all the basics you'll need to get started tracking data from xAPI content.
Enterprise (On-Prem)
If you have regional data sovereignty requirements, security restrictions, or any other requirements that prohibit cloud hosting, you can install and run the LRS on your own network premises. This means you host, access, and maintain the LRS on your company’s computers and infrastructure. You can run the On-Premises LRS on any Operating System (OS) and install it anywhere. This option includes an annual license fee and requires an additional installation and configuration process. We determine the license fee based on the amount of application servers needed to run the LRS, so we based it on the size of your deployment.

Enterprise (White Label)
A white label version of the On-Premises LRS is for resellers and customer rebranding. This lets you offer your customers their own xAPI-conformant LRS solution or bundle it with your existing products or services, faster and at a fraction of the price. Please see our
