Upgrading Your Subscription Plan

You can try Veracity Launch for free; and at the free level, Launch offers 2 GB of storage and support for 30 learners. However, if you need more capacity and can pay for the increase, then consider upgrading to a paid subscription.

Subscribe to a Plan

To upgrade your Launch subscription plan:
  1. In the left menu, select the ADMIN > Subscription option.

  2. The Quotas page shows your current use and maximum allowed. 



  3. This page also shows subscription options. To increase your storage or “monthly active users” quota, click the Subscribe button next to the service tier that best fits your needs.

  1. Complete the checkout process and refresh the Quotas page to see the effect.


 

Manage Your Subscription

Once you subscribe to a paid plan, you can manage it from the Quotas page:
  1. Click the Manage button to get invoices, cancel, upgrade, or change payment methods. 
Notes
To manage the subscription, you must have the email address entered at checkout during subscription.
  1. If you click the End Subscription button, then your plan immediately ends! Veracity will issue a prorated refund for any time not used. 

  2. If you click an Update button, the new plan starts immediately! Veracity will charge you for a full month at the new tier, and will issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of the previous plan.
