How Do I Find Out About LRS Updates?
A few of our customers want to know as soon as we update the software in our LRS, especially if we add new features.
We usually upload a post about any major updates to our software in our Veracity Blog. You can find a button for the Blog on the menu bar at the top of any page in our web site. You can also subscribe to the blog by entering your e-mail address in the footer at the bottom of any page of our web site and clicking the Subscribe button.
The LRS Change Log
You can find a list of the changes to the LRS software in our Veracity Learning LRS Change Log. It’s in our Knowledge Base in the Veracity Help Desk, under “Development Updates”.
The Change Log lists each version and the new features, updates, or enhancements in each. It also lists any bug fixes, security patches, or other maintenance issues, such as any rare migration or deprecation needs.
How to Get Push Notifications
If you want to stay informed about when we update the Change Log, then you can “follow” the article:
- In your browser, navigate to the Veracity Learning LRS Change Log.
- In the right menu*, click the Follow button.
*If your browser window is very narrow, then the button may be at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, if you don’t see the menu at all, then toggle-off the Reader View button — 
— to restore it.
If you’re not logged-in to the Help Desk, then you’ll see a Sign-In/Sign-Up dialog box. Log-in or create an account and click the Follow button again.
If you’ve already logged-in to the Help Desk, then you’re all set! Every time we edit the Change Log, you’ll automatically get an email message about the change.
